Booking Policy
Important information about how to book your appointment and our cancellation policies
Regular Booking
A 50% deposit of the service is required to book. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and your deposit will carry over as credit toward your new appointment. With less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. On the day of your appointment, the deposit is applied to your total.
Same-Day Booking Policy
For same-day bookings, a $20 deposit is required. The deposit is NOT refundable in case of cancellation. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill.
Punctuality Policy
At WOLF SGX, we are committed to providing quality service, respecting both your time and ours. Therefore, we have a strict punctuality policy: a maximum delay of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, depending on each case. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining an organized and punctual service.
Cancellation Policy
Conditions applicable to cancellations, no-shows and last-minute changes.
Last-Minute Cancellations
Last-minute cancellations (without prior notice or with very short notice) will incur an additional fee. This fee will be charged at your next appointment with us.
Service Modification
If you decide to modify or remove services that have already been scheduled, 50% of the canceled service amount will be charged at the time of your appointment, even if it was not previously paid. We recommend planning your appointment in advance to avoid last-minute changes.
No-Show & Service Refusal
By attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood the description of the booked service. Refusing the service once at the studio does not exempt you from paying for it in full. In the event of a no-show, the service will be charged in full.

Service Warranty
Information about the warranty applicable to our nail services
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies only when gel, color, or false nail extensions lift, or when the color cracks.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply for external damage from impacts, nail biting, or self-made modifications such as filing your nails yourself.
Repair Schedule
All services, adjustments, and repairs are performed only during established business hours. Even if some repairs seem quick, each service requires review and preparation time, so no services are performed outside business hours or on rest days.
Health & Hygiene
Health and hygiene measures applied before performing certain services.
Pre-Service Pedicure Assessment
Before every pedicure service, we briefly check the condition of your nails. If we notice signs of a possible condition (for example, a fungus or another abnormality), we reserve the right not to perform the service, for your well-being and for hygiene. If you notice changes in your nails, we recommend consulting a health professional.

About Our Studio
Our studio is located inside an apartment and complies with all necessary health and safety measures.
Visitor Policy
Maximum one companion is allowed per client. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the studio.
Pet Policy
We accept pets! We accept dogs or cats of medium or small size that are calm and obedient. Please note that in case of property damage, whether material or sanitary, the owner will be responsible for the damage caused.
Allergy Notice
We have a pet (dog) in our workspace. If you have allergies to animals, please let us know when booking to take the necessary precautions.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information (Quebec Law 25)
Data We Collect
We collect: name, phone and email (through Square Appointments to manage your booking). If you accept analytics cookies, anonymous device and browsing data is also collected through Google Analytics.
Purpose of Use
We use your data to: manage bookings and send appointment reminders, communicate with you about your service, and improve our website experience (with your consent).
Third Parties
We share data with: Square Inc. (booking and payment platform) and Google LLC (site analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Booking data: during the active business relationship. Analytics cookies: 14 months maximum. Cookie consent: until you revoke it. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at +1 438 778 7125.
